Devil's Hopyard State Park is a fine campground nearby, and there are other sites here than Keyboard Pond, for example Rogers Pond. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Hillside Links Golf Course, and if you need a location to stay Super 8 Old       Saybrook is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful. A good place for whitewater paddling near Keyboard Pond is Hammonasset River, and since you're here, you could go to Chester Creek. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not explore Youngs Pond close to Keyboard Pond; what would a location like Keyboard Pond be without exciting close by features like Pine Ledge. So many enjoyable things close to Keyboard Pond, absolutely unbelievable. A journey to                  Selden Neck State Park when you're here at Keyboard Pond is a nice idea; at Keyboard Pond you can observe Fort Hill. This lake is so wonderful. At Keyboard Pond all through the summer months highs are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Keyboard Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are really abundant here at Keyboard Pond. Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Salmon River. Good hiking is available along the Mattabesset Trail, and while you're here you have to check out Deep River Cove.
