Keyboard Pond is in the neighborhood of Rogers Pond Dam which is a picturesque place beyond doubt worth visiting, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Powder Ridge. Devil's Hopyard State Park is a fine campground nearby, and there are other sites here than Keyboard Pond, for example Rogers Pond. | | Saybrook is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful. A good place for whitewater paddling near Keyboard Pond is Hammonasset River, and since you're here, you could go to Chester Creek. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not explore Youngs Pond close to Keyboard Pond; what would a location like Keyboard Pond be without exciting close by features like Pine Ledge. Selden Neck State Park when you're here at Keyboard Pond is a nice idea; at Keyboard Pond you can observe Fort Hill. This lake is so wonderful. Wolf's Den Family Campground is a perfect local campground, and a tremendous nearby hotel
is Waters Edge Resort and Spa. At Keyboard Pond all through the summer months highs are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with
temperatures at Keyboard Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are really abundant here at Keyboard Pond. Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Salmon River. Good hiking
is available along the Mattabesset Trail, and while you're here you have to check out Deep River Cove. The high level of precipitation makes Keyboard Pond a pretty wet place; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest month of the year is February.
