    What a nice lake Kelley Pond is. You can take a little spree to Lake Quassapaug Dam while you're here at Kelley Pond, and why not camp at Black Rock State Park while you're here at Kelley Pond. Big Cove is near Kelley Pond and is a great place to stop by; Lake Quassapaug is a great lake nearby. Kelley Pond is right by the Mattatuck Trail, and a tremendous place like Southford Falls State Park is too fine to leave out.
This lake is so wonderful. A delightful
 
   place to camp here at Kelley Pond is Branchbrook Campground; Woodbury has fine slopes and a friendly staff. All through the long summer days highs here at Kelley Pond reach the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Kelley Pond sink into the 10's. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Kelley Pond; Mattatuck Trail is a magnificent local  
               trail, and if you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Naugatuck is a brilliant choice.
If you're here at Kelley Pond and you like golf, you can go to Golf Club at Oxford, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Naugatuck Trail. This lake is so wonderful. People from New Haven-Milford love to come to Kelley Pond, and Shepaug River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Crowne Plaza Hotel SOUTHBURY, and swamps don’t sound that glorious but Cedar Swamp in the vicinity of Kelley Pond is relatively glorious.
So much enjoyable stuff to do at Kelley Pond, so little time. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bantam River, and Mount Southington is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Kelley Pond commonly gets a large amount of precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February.
This site is excellent, just check out all the exciting things to do in the neighborhood of Kelley Pond. The top of Blackmans Hill is easily seen from Kelley Pond; lakes are such calm spots, why not explore Abbotts Pond.
