Taking a little visit to nearby Paper Rock is a great idea, and Keighley Pond is right by the Mattabesset Trail. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are in fact abundant here at Keighley Pond. There's so much to do here at Keighley Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Nelson's Family Campground is a great place for that, and you can run the rapids of Roaring Brook River. This lake is so wonderful. You could also stop by Great Hill Pond while you're here

is a splendid choice. Keighley Pond gets a lot of water; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
