     The beauty of Ivy Mountain Pond attracts many people from all around. Ivy Mountain Pond Dam is a place that is near Ivy Mountain Pond, and if you need a place to stay Tollgate Hill Inn is a brilliant choice. Having a brilliant time at Ivy Mountain Pond is painless. If the weather is pleasant here at Ivy Mountain Pond, you can go for a hike along the Wild Cat Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Mattatuck Trail, and  
   the slopes of Mohawk Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist.
This lake is so wonderful. When you're here at Ivy Mountain Pond it's always fun to explore John A. Minetto State Park, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Housatonic River. All the outdoors fun things in close proximity to Ivy Mountain Pond will keep you coming back time and again. Gotta ski! Ski Sundown is a magnificent spot to do that; you're sure to run into some good people
 
               from Torrington here. The panorama of Beech Hill from Ivy Mountain Pond is beautiful, and you're possibly keen on lakes, Gillette Reservoir is one of those nearby.
Ivy Mountain Pond gets much water; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. At Ivy Mountain Pond through the days of summer highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Ivy Mountain Pond dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. There's so much to do here at Ivy Mountain Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hemlock Hill Camp Resort and Co-operative is a pleasant site for that; naturally, this is a tremendous region for folks who like lakes, North Pond is a lake in close proximity.
While you're here at Ivy Mountain Pond you can take a hike along the Elbow Trail, and if you came to camp Valley In The Pines Campground is a magnificent site to do that. Blackberry River Inn is a great place to get some rest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Bantam River.
