    The beauty of Ingham Ponds is reason enough to stop by. Swamps like Cedar Swamp are fun to visit, and if you need a spot to stay Executive Inn and Suites Old Saybrook is a wonderful choice. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Ingham Ponds. You can run the rapids of Hammonasset River in the neighborhood of Ingham Ponds. Throughout the summertime at Ingham Ponds highs are frequently in the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down  
   to the 60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; night lows all through the winter for Ingham Ponds tend to be in the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Back River, and Indiantown Beach is a pretty beach to have a look at. Be careful coming to Ingham Ponds, you might not ever want to go home again. If you came for an overnight stay Wolf's Den Family Campground is a splendid place to camp, and on a beautiful
 
               day you can have a look at Great Hammock Beach. All the water falling down from the sky makes Ingham Ponds a wet place; most of the rain falls throughout May, and the driest month is February.
A visit to Haydens Point near Ingham Ponds is always a splendid idea, and Obed Heights Reservoir Dam is an exciting thing to check out. Old Saybrook - Days Inn is a great spot to get some rest, and a tour here wouldn’t be complete without a trip to nearby Selden Neck State Park. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not visit Cranberry Pond in the neighborhood of Ingham Ponds, and a round of golf at nearby Hillside Links Golf Course is a tremendous way to kill some time.
This lake is so wonderful. Devil's Hopyard State Park is a delightful campground nearby, and get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Salmon River. Beacon Hill is clearly visible from Ingham Ponds, and there are other sites here than Ingham Ponds, for example Chalkers Millpond.
