Beautiful Hyde Pond has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Residence Inn By Marriott Mystic is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and Pequot Golf Club is a splendid golf course nearby. At Hyde Pond you can catch a glimpse of Gallup Hill, and Bindloss Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. At Hyde Pond during the summertime months highs are in the 80's. | | down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Hyde Pond plunge into the 10's.

State Park, and on a wonderful day you can visit Nauyaug Coast. A spree to Esker Point Beach in the neighborhood of Hyde Pond is always a nice idea; nearby you come across Shipyard Point.
Whitford Pond Dam has good water scenery
and it's in close proximity to Hyde Pond. Lakes? Sure, Rosemond Lake is in the neighborhood. If you came to camp Highland Orchards Resort Park is a perfect location to do that. Hyde Pond gets a great deal of water; through November
this area sees the most rain while June is typically the driest month.
A tremendous nearby hotel is Mystic-Days Inn. There's so much to do here at Hyde Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Seaport Campground is a delightful spot for that.
