Here at Howard Reservoir there are plenty of folks from Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford, and paddling on Roaring Brook River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. For the period of the summer at Howard Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's.
