You must without doubt stop at scenic East Rive Beach since you're here at Hog Pond; get yourself into a kayak and hit Hammonasset River. Riverdale Camp Sites is a magnificent local campground; the skiing at Powder Ridge is splendid. If you want to hit the beach, Circle Beach is nearby, and in the vicinity of Hog Pond you stumble on a golf course called Guilford Lakes Golf Course. Just can't get enough of Hog Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Tower Inn and Suites,

| | and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Roaring Brook River. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Hog Pond, so little time. This is a perfect neighborhood for people who like lakes. Laurelwood Pond is a lake close by, and Hog Pond is right by the Washington Trail. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. time of the year at Hog Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 60's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hog Pond.
Hog Pond is a rather wet place mostly with lots of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly April, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. Laurelwood Pond Dam is beautiful
and it's in close proximity to Hog Pond; if you need a site to stay Comfort Inn Guilford is a great choice. Take a little journey to Chatfield Hollow Brook if you're here at Hog Pond, and hiking is a popular thing to do around
Hog Pond; Mattabesset Trail is a great local trail. You're probably into lakes, Madison Lakes is one of those nearby; Podunk Great Plain is right here at Hog Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Green Hill can be observed from Hog Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Hammonasset Beach State Park is a splendid site to camp.
