Mattatuck Trail offers hiking at its best. Take a hike on the Mattatuck Trail. So many cool things to do here at Hesseky Meadow Pond, too nice to be true. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Naugatuck Trail; get your heart beating
on the delightful whitewater of Bantam River. Stay the night at Cozy Hills Campground, needless to say you could also visit Transylvania Pond while you're here; it's not far at all. The snow is magnificent at Woodbury, and during
your journey here you'll meet some folks from Torrington for sure. Hesseky Meadow Pond is a wet location that gets a lot of rainfall; during August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of
precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Hesseky Meadow Pond to spot the water at Transylvania Pond Dam, and a delightful close by hotel is Crowne Plaza Hotel SOUTHBURY. A quick tour to Good Hill
