If you came to camp Looking Glass Hill Campgrounds is a great place to do that, and Bates
Rocks is clearly visible from Hesseky Meadow Pond. Near Hesseky Meadow Pond you stumble on the Mattatuck Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and the scenery at Transylvania Pond Dam is beautiful. Now, you may assume that's loads but
there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Hesseky Meadow Pond. Lakes are such serene spots, why not pop by Crystal Lake near Hesseky Meadow Pond, and a visit to Kettletown State Park is a delightful idea.
