Do stop by Hedden Pond while you're in this part of Connecticut. All the water falling down from the sky makes Hedden Pond a wet place; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Adams Brook flows through this area, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Torrington. This lake is so wonderful. Meadows State Park is a splendid spot for that; at Hedden Pond you can spot Bloody Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Sharon Motor Lodge is a pleasant site to get some rest; visiting Mohawk Mountain State Park is a good thing
to do. Summertime at Hedden Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Hedden Pond. Whohoo,
