If you need a place to stay The Cottages At Kent Road is a wonderful choice, and Cedar Hill Pond Dam is an exciting thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Lakes are magnificent; Leonard Pond is a lake that's next to Hatch Pond. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody       but if it's for you then we recommend Tenmile, and Pine Ledge is an exciting site to stop at while at Hatch Pond. From a rainfall point of view Hatch Pond is a reasonably typical place; June is when you get the most rain here while January is typically the driest month. If you come at the right time of year, Housatonic River offers some great whitewater, and Red Carpet Inn & Suites New Milford is a magnificent place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.                  Here at Hatch Pond you can catch a sight of Birch Hill, and dropping by Macedonia Brook State Park is a nice thing to do. What would winter be without some skiing at Thunder Ridge; Hatch Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Waramaug State Park is a good local campground. Through the summertime months, highs generally are in the 80's at Hatch Pond while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are generally in the 30's while Hatch Pond overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are truly abundant here at Hatch Pond. This is a nice neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Mill Pond is a lake close at hand. So many enjoyable things in close proximity to Hatch Pond, truly fantastic.
