It's always fun to stop by Hartford Reservoir Number 1. So much cool stuff near Hartford Reservoir Number 1, clearly unbelievable. Southington are so inviting nobody can resist; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Trout Brook. Playing golf is lots of fun at Buena Vista Golf Course; Talcott Mountain State Park is worth visiting. Farmington River
- Collinsville is a great whitewater spot next to Hartford Reservoir Number 1, and a lake close by is Wood Pond. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are really bountiful here at Hartford Reservoir Number 1. If you're interested in
hydro structures, you can go to South Reservoir Dam; Woodridge Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out. There's great hiking along the Tunxis Trail; you can run the rapids of Farmington River. There are good locations to
look at along the Metacomet Trail, and a great forest nearby is Mooneys Woods. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Hartford Reservoir Number 1 that you need to camp here for a while, Golden Acres Campground is
a good site for that. At Hartford Reservoir Number 1 through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows
in the 10's for Hartford Reservoir Number 1. Hartford Reservoir Number 1 frequently gets a lot of precipitation; May is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
