This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Natchaug River, and close by you discover the Narragansett Trail which is a great hiking trail. At Hanover Reservoir during the summer months highs are in the 70's while       overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Hanover Reservoir are in the 10's. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff close to Hanover Reservoir. Visit Adams Brook while you're here at Hanover Reservoir, and do stop at Papermill Pond Dam since you're here. All the water falling down from the sky makes Hanover Reservoir a wet location; November is when                  you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is February.
