Many people like to go to Halls Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Charlie Brown Campground is a fine place to do that; Mansfield Hollow State Park is worth a visit. Lakes? Sure, Halls Pond is in the neighborhood, and don't miss out on a spree to Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. The high level of precipitation makes Halls Pond a quite wet place; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. good on Quinebaug River. There are other places here than Halls Pond, for example Reeds Pond; in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Natchaug River. For the period of the months
of summer at Halls Pond highs are regularly in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Halls Pond.
