You get a great vista of Belden Hill from Guthrie Pond, and you're possibly addicted to lakes, Holy Ghost Fathers Pond is one of those nearby. On a pretty day you can have a look at Rowayton Community Beach near Guthrie Pond, and after a long day outdoors Courtyard By Marriott Norwalk is a glorious place to spend a night or two. of Norwalk River. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Guthrie Pond you can play some golf at Oak Hills Golf Course; Four Points By Sheraton Norwalk is a good location to get some rest.
Sail Caribbean is a splendid
local campground, and if you've had enough of Guthrie Pond, Old South Norwalk Reservoir is nearby. Harbor View Beach is close to Guthrie Pond and is a beautiful beach to explore, and Thunder Ridge has splendid slopes and a friendly
staff. Guthrie Pond ordinarily gets a great deal of rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
That right there is plenty already, but it carries on; Guthrie Pond has it
all. During your visit to Guthrie Pond you'll meet some people from Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk for sure, and don't miss out on a wonderful swamp; Carter Swamp is right here at Guthrie Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Why not stop
by South Norwalk Reservoir Dam while you're here, and Sherwood Island State Park is a fine spot to stretch your legs a bit.
