Go to Gulf Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. At Gulf Pond during the summertime highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Gulf Pond. A lake close by is Rose Mill Pond, and Gulf Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Wildwood State Park is a great local campground. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area close to Gulf Pond has to offer. A swamp like Calf Pen Meadow
near Gulf Pond has lots of exciting things to see, and there are good spots to explore along the Quinnipiac Trail. Orchards Golf Course is a golf course near Gulf Pond, and Long Jetty is a charming place, unquestionably worth checking
out. Gulf Pond really is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. Clark Pond is a nearby lake that you could pop by; Howard Johnson Hotel is a perfect place to get some rest.
Time spent at Gulf Beach right next door to
Gulf Pond is always good. If you came to camp National Computer Camps is a tremendous place to do that; Bryan Hill is uncomplicated to spot from Gulf Pond. This lake is so wonderful. During your stay at Gulf Pond do stop at close by Gulf Beach, and you definitely have to stop by Osbornedale State Park if you're here.
