Don't miss out on a great swamp; Ivy Swamp is right here at Guilford Lakes, and Riverdale Camp Sites is a splendid campground nearby. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Washington Trail, and there's whitewater on Hammonasset River for all you thrill seekers. This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the West Woods Trail; beaches are fine and Circle Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Tower Inn and Suites,

| | and Hammonasset Beach State Park is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Guilford Lakes without popping by Chatfield Hollow State Park. Guilford Lakes Golf Course is a brilliant golf course close by. Lakes are tremendous; Upper Guilford Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Guilford Lakes. Here at Guilford Lakes there are plenty of folks from New Haven-Milford, and you can hit the slopes at Powder Ridge close at hand. | |

Guilford Lakes mostly gets much rainfall; through the month of April you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. Since you might be in a lake visiting
mood you can always stop by nearby Guilford Lake, and here at Guilford Lakes you can distinguish Hungry Hill. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Guilford is a splendid choice, and a delightful beach nearby is Jacobs Public Beach.
Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Guilford Lakes. Guilford Lakes Upper Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out; you can run the rapids of Roaring Brook River. The Mattabesset
Trail offers hiking at its best, and naturally Dowd Hollow Brook is a picturesque stream that is worth going to. At Guilford Lakes during the summer highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Highs throughout the wintertime
are typically in the 30's while Guilford Lakes night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
