Connecticut has many beautiful lakes and Griswold Reservoir is one of them. There's whitewater on Farmington River for all you adrenaline kick people, and you don't have to go far to enjoy Wintergreen Woods. Lakes are such calm spots, why not stop by Bell Reservoir in the neighborhood of Griswold Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Griswold Reservoir you can take a hike along the Metacomet Trail; a perfect nearby hotel is Marriott Hartford

Griswold Reservoir typically gets a large amount of rain; May is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is February. and the skiing at Mount Southington is brilliant. Visit Collier Brook if you're here at Griswold Reservoir, and enjoy a round of golf at Rolling Green Golf Club. You'll meet a lot of people from Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford
here, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Washington Trail. Man, is there a lot of cool things to do close to Griswold Reservoir. Dinosaur State Park is a good spot, and a stunning lake like Mill Pond is a pleasant
spot to check out. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Eagle Feather is a wonderful site to camp, and if you need a spot to stay Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Rocky Hill is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. If
the weather is wonderful, you obtain a great sight of Cedar Mountain from Griswold Reservoir, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Mattabesset Trail. During the days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Griswold
Reservoir. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Griswold Reservoir.
