loves skiing at Mount Southington. High temperatures at Griffins Pond during the summertime are in the 80's while overnight lows are commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and winter nights
come with lows in the 10's to Griffins Pond. A perfect sight of beautiful Sunset Hill is available from Griffins Pond; a trip to close by Brown Point is very relaxing. This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Express BRANFORD-NEW HAVEN
is a brilliant spot to get some rest, and going for a hike on the Mattabesset Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Just can't get enough of Griffins Pond. Hammonasset River is a great whitewater spot next to Griffins Pond, and
if you want to hit the beach, Hotchkiss Grove Beach is close by. This lake is so wonderful. Notch Hill Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Griffins
Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Riverdale Camp Sites is a pleasant place for that, and dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Branford. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Griffins Pond. You simply must
have a look at Goshen Rock since you're here at Griffins Pond; you can stay the night at Hammonasset Beach State Park.
