This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Northrop Trail; if you crave a little side tour, try Wildcat                  Hollow. Don't leave Great Falls Reservoir without first paying a visit to Great Falls. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Great Falls Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Housatonic Meadows State Park. The Cove is in the neighborhood of Great Falls Reservoir and is a great location to check out, and if you need a spot to stay Blackberry River Inn is a great choice. There's whitewater on Housatonic River for all you adrenaline people, and of course Hollenbeck River flows through this region. This lake is so wonderful. A great spot like Housatonic Meadows State Park close to Great Falls Reservoir is too tremendous to leave out, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Elbow Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
