    A visit to Great Falls Reservoir is always a good idea. Mohawk Mountain has glorious slopes and a friendly staff; you can spend the day on the beach at Mudge Pond Town Beach. This lake is so wonderful. You're most likely hooked on lakes, Kellogg Pond is one of those nearby, and Housatonic Meadows State Park is a striking site any time of year. People from Torrington love to come to Great Falls Reservoir.

   popular ski area in the vicinity, and great water scenery is available at Great Falls Dam near Great Falls Reservoir. Don't forget to take a nice little visit to Hollenbeck River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Indian Trail. Summer at Great Falls Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's; night lows in
