Many people like to go to Goulds Pond. Goulds Pond is right by the Metacomet Trail, and unsurprisingly Birch Mountain Brook is a pretty stream that is worth checking out. This lake is so wonderful. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Salmon River, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Minnechaug Golf Course is in close proximity. One of the principal traits of the surroundings of Goulds Pond is Academy Hill, and Del-aire Camping Resort is a pleasant

Through the summertime months highs here at Goulds Pond get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs
are in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Goulds Pond. Lots of rainfall falls at Goulds Pond; most of the rain falls during May while February is frequently the driest month.
