A visit to Godfrey Pond is always a good idea. Through the summertime here at Godfrey Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. All through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Godfrey Pond tend to be in the 10's. | | in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Thunder Ridge. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Godfrey Pond. Laurel Lake is a nice lake near Godfrey Pond, and get yourself into a kayak and hit East Aspetuck River. Kettletown State Park is a good campground nearby, and lakes are such calm sites, why not stop by Cobbs Mill Pond. one, also Beaver Brook Pond Dam is worth taking a look at while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Mountain Workshop is a magnificent location to camp, and going to Putnam Memorial Park is
a splendid thing to do. Godfrey Brook is a glorious location to pop by, and a magnificent close by hotel is Ridgefield CT Days Inn. Godfrey Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is February.
