Beaver Brook Pond Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and if you need a location to stay Days Inn Ridgefield is a tremendous choice. High temperatures at Godfrey Pond during the warm months are in the 80's; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Norwalk River offers some wonderful whitewater. You'll stumble on a pretty lake called Cobbs Mill Pond near Godfrey Pond; do explore Godfrey Brook if you're here at Godfrey Pond. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Godfrey
Pond has to offer, you can camp at Mountain Workshop, and skiing at Thunder Ridge is one of those things you just must do. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm places, why not have a look at Laurel Lake in the vicinity
of Godfrey Pond. Godfrey Pond gets lots of water; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
