     Take a side visit to Bailey Creek, and hiking along the Washington Trail is great fun. This lake is so wonderful. East Rive Beach is in the neighborhood of Game Farm Pond if you're in a beach type of mood; since you're here, do take a tour to Chipman Point. Game Farm Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Hammonasset Beach State Park is a good local campground; you can hit the beach if you want, Circle Beach is practically right here. Any time is a  
   wonderful time at Game Farm Pond if you like the outdoors. There's whitewater on Salmon River for all you adrenaline junkies, and after a long day outdoors Madison Beach Hotel is a good place to spend a night or two.
There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Hammonasset River; Game Farm Pond is close to Hammonasset Beach State Park which is a pretty spot. Why not take a refreshing hike along the West Woods Trail, and if you need a place to stay Comfort
 
               Inn Guilford is a wonderful choice. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Game Farm Pond. A perfect place to check out right next door to Game Farm Pond is Madison Reef, and one of the overriding features of the surroundings of Game Farm Pond is Green Hill.
Camping at Riverdale Camp Sites is always a tremendous experience, and Game Farm Pond is right by the Mattabesset Trail. Through the warm days of summer highs here at Game Farm Pond reach the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows through the winter for Game Farm Pond tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Guilford Lakes Golf Course, and if you've had enough of Game Farm Pond, Tuxis Pond is close by. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Powder Ridge is one of those things you just must do, unsurprisingly you could also go to Goulds Pond since you're here; it's not far at all. Game Farm Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of April is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
