Fyre Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Soundview Sports is a tremendous local campground, and not far from Fyre Lake you'll locate Bolling Pond which is a gorgeous lake. You can run the rapids of Norwalk River right next door to Fyre Lake; Fyre Lake Dam has good water scenery. Fyre Lake commonly gets much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure,
Dommericks Pond is in close proximity, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Cos Cob Inn is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two, and East Branch Mianus River is next to Fyre Lake and is always a pleasure to pop by. If you need a place to stay Hyatt Regency Greenwich is a perfect choice, and a trip to Harbor Point Beach is always a great idea.

Camping at Tyler Hill Camp is always a great experience, and if you want to hit the beach, Sound Beach is nearby.
At Fyre Lake through the summer months highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows at Fyre Lake during the winter ordinarily fall into the 20's. So much exciting stuff to do here at Fyre Lake, too great to be true. Griffith E Harris Golf Course is a fine golf course close by, and a visit here wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by Caumsett State Park.
