Not far from Fosters Pond, you'll discover Howells Pond which is a stunning lake, and Tolland State Forest is a perfect place. Lakes are perfect; Fosters Pond is a lake that's in the vicinity of Fosters Pond, and if you need a site to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a fine choice. For the period of the warm months, highs frequently are in the 80's at Fosters Pond with nighttime lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's

| | overnight here at Fosters Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Austin Hawes Campground is a great local campground, and there are plenty of folks from Torrington here. Just can't get enough of Fosters Pond. If the weather is delightful, you get a magnificent sight of Booth Hill from Fosters Pond, and let's not forget Howells Brook which is a stream that you may run into while you're here. rain, and January is when it's the driest. Fosters Pond Dam is a delightful place close to Fosters Pond. Paddling on Hubbard River is so much fun, and Fosters Pond is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Twin Brook Farm
And Camping Areas is a great spot to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Farmington River, and you can go for a hike on the Richard Trail. Gotta ski! Blandford is a good spot to do that; there
are wonderful locations to discover along the County Road Trail. Don't leave Fosters Pond without first going for a hike along the Link Trail, and Tunxis State Forest is a great forest vicinity close by. So much enjoyable stuff
to do at Fosters Pond, so little time. Days Inn - Torrington is a great location to get some rest, and everybody close by loves skiing at Ski Sundown.
