There's always Ford Pond Dam to stop by close to Ford Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Taconic State Park Rudd Pond is a delightful place to camp. If you want to hit the beach, Mudge Pond Town Beach is in the neighborhood; the panorama of Deming Hill is delightful. February. This lake is so wonderful. A striking lake like Hatch Pond in the neighborhood of Ford Pond is a great spot to have a look at, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Housatonic River. Have a brilliant hiking adventure
along the Indian Trail, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Mohawk Mountain. And that's not all you can do here at Ford Pond. Camping is available at Housatonic Meadows State Park, and the snow is great
at Ski Butternut. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Ford Pond you can take a hike along the Elbow Trail, and Sharon Motor Lodge is a good site to get some rest. That right there is lots already, but it carries on;
Ford Pond has it all. Macedonia Brook State Park is a good location to pop by on a pretty day, and dry warm beds await you at The Cottages At Kent Road.
