Pond Dam is gorgeous. At Florshiem Pond during the summer highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows during the
winter for Florshiem Pond tend to be in the 20's. Any time is a fine time at Florshiem Pond if you like the outdoors. Mountain Workshop is a splendid campground nearby.
Florshiem Pond is a relatively wet place ordinarily with
lots of rainfall; all through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Some fine nature is available in Selleck Woods; if the weather is delightful, you obtain a pleasant panorama of Clapboard Hill from Florshiem Pond.
