Goat Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out, and dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Waterbury. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Beetle Bung Pond is close to Fenn Pond, and you are near Tylers Cove since you're here. Don't try       to stop me, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Fenn Pond. Golf Club at Oxford is a magnificent golf course nearby, and if you need a place to stay Crowne Plaza Hotel SOUTHBURY is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Mount Southington is magnificent, and Fenn Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Black Rock State Park is a pleasant local campground. Going for a hike on the Mattatuck Trail is always a delightful adventure,                  and if the weather is gorgeous, you obtain a wonderful sight of Bedlam Hill from Fenn Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Naugatuck Trail, and Cedar Swamp is a swamp in the neighborhood of Fenn Pond. Fenn Pond is close to Southford Falls State Park which is a picturesque site; why not visit Lake Elise Dam while you're here. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Fenn Pond. Buell Flats is a good site here at Fenn Pond, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Bantam River. A day on the slopes of Woodbury is just what you need, and of course, this is a good neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Turtle Pond is a lake in the neighborhood. Fenn Pond is a pretty wet place mostly with much rainfall; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Summer at Fenn Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's while Fenn Pond overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's.
