Doolittle Lake Dam is not far at all from Doolittle Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Doolittle Lake; Mattatuck Trail is a good local trail. At Doolittle Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's, and the night is somewhat colder of course, mostly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Doolittle Lake. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go

This lake is so wonderful. You get a nice panorama of Brown Mountain from Doolittle Lake, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Ski Sundown if you're here. this is a pleasant neighborhood for people who like lakes, Benedict Pond is a lake in the vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are splendid; Pond Hill Pond is a lake that's right next door to Doolittle Lake, and you can never
get enough of the delightful skiing at Ski Butternut. A lot of precipitation falls at Doolittle Lake; August is the month that gets the most rain while January is ordinarily the driest month.
