     Waters Edge Resort and Spa is a wonderful place to get some rest; everybody nearby loves skiing at Powder Ridge. The top of Story Hill is easily observed from Deuses Pond; a swamp like Cedar Swamp near Deuses Pond has lots of attention-grabbing things to see. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Washington Trail is tremendous fun, and some of the water close by flows, like Burr Brook. This lake is so wonderful. What would a place like Deuses Pond be without interesting  
   nearby highlights like Pine Ledge, and Salmon River is a great whitewater spot close by.
Lakes? Sure, Waterhouse Pond is in close proximity, and after a long day outdoors A Victorian Village Inn is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. Any time is a delightful time at Deuses Pond if you have a thing about the outdoors. When you're here at Deuses Pond it's always fun to stop at Gillette Castle State Park; Deuses Pond is right by the Mattabesset Trail.
 
               For the duration of the summer highs here at Deuses Pond get into the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course, typically in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Deuses Pond.
This location is unbeatable, just check out all the amusing stuff to do near Deuses Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Devil's Hopyard State Park is a great site to camp; Hillside Links Golf Course is a golf course close by. Deuses Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Camping is available at Wolf's Den Family Campground; if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hammonasset River.
Have a good hiking adventure along the West Woods Trail. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Deep Hollow Reservoir, and at Deep Hollow Reservoir Dam in the vicinity of Deuses Pond there are some out of the ordinary things to see.
