Deep Hollow Reservoir Dam is a site that is near Deep Hollow Reservoir; Deep Hollow Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Deuses Pond is a nearby lake. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Powder Ridge, and if you come at the right time of year, Salmon River offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. | | Pond is nearby. Cedar Swamp is a swamp near Deep Hollow Reservoir. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Hammonasset River, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Mattabesset Trail. Stay the night at Devil's Hopyard State Park, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the West Woods Trail. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. State Park is worth going to. Ruth Hill can be spotted from Deep Hollow Reservoir; why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Hillside Links Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Waters
Edge Resort and Spa, and don't forget to take a brilliant little journey to Burr Brook. Deep Hollow Reservoir generally gets a large amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the
driest month is February. At Deep Hollow Reservoir throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Deep Hollow Reservoir dip into the 10's.
