Summer at Curtis Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Curtis Pond dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Don't leave Curtis Pond without going to Kettletown State Park; Buck's Rock Camp is a splendid local campground.       Curtis Pond is right by the Regicides Trail, and if you need a place to stay Heritage Hotel is a brilliant choice. A great nearby hotel is Crowne Plaza Hotel SOUTHBURY, and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of East Aspetuck River. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mattatuck Trail, and why not camp at Mountain Workshop while you're here at Curtis Pond. This place, Curtis Pond, it simply has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Gotta                  ski! Woodbury is a tremendous place to do that, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk here. But wait, there's more to do close to Curtis Pond.
