Very great water scenery is available at Crystal Pond Dam in the vicinity of Crystal Pond, and visiting Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Summertime highs at Crystal Pond usually tend to be in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Why not camp at Hide-a-way Cove Campground if you're here at Crystal Pond, and going for a hike on the Munyan Trail is always a tremendous adventure. a glimpse of Breakneck Hill from Crystal Pond, and Americas Best Value Inn Brooklyn is a perfect place to get some rest. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area close to Crystal Pond has to offer.
Looking for something in close proximity to Crystal Pond? Whetstone Brook Reservoir is nearby; Brooklyn Golf Course is a golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You could also go to Chase Reservoir since you're here at Crystal
Pond; it's nearby, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Quinebaug River. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn & Suites Dayville is a great choice, and spots
like Quaddick State Park are delightful to stop at. Take a little trip to Mashentuck Brook if you're here at Crystal Pond; there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Walkabout Trail. On a great day at Crystal Pond you can take a hike along the Border Trail, and if you're going to from Willimantic, you won't be the only one.
