Go to Crosbys Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Indian Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Woodbury is rather near. Indian Lake Dam is worth going to while you're here; after a long day outdoors Best Western Executive Hotel is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side tour to Oyster River, and the snow is good at Mount Southington.

You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Crosbys Pond. The Quinnipiac Trail offers hiking at its best, and on a pretty day you can take a look at Burwells Beach.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Crosbys Pond; Regicides Trail is a good local trail, and West Rock Ridge State Park is a delightful spot to visit on a beautiful day.
Time spent at Oyster River
Beach near Crosbys Pond is always wonderful; on a gorgeous day you obtain a fine view of Jones Hill from Crosbys Pond. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Crosbys Pond. Why not take a refreshing hike
along the Naugatuck Trail; this is a popular place for folks from New Haven-Milford. A lot of rainfall falls at Crosbys Pond; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest.
