     Near Cranberry Pond you discover the Washington Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and Cranberry Pond is a pleasant spot to visit for more than one day, River Road Campground is a pleasant spot to camp nearby. If you're a golfer then a nice nearby course is Hillside Links Golf Course, and at Tower Hill Lake Dam close to Cranberry Pond there are some exciting things to see. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Cranberry Pond, you'll locate Shailer Pond  
   which is a delightful lake, and if you need a location to stay Waters Edge Resort and Spa is a wonderful choice. There are other spots here than Cranberry Pond, for example Star Lake, and Burr Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to.
This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the West Woods Trail is always a nice adventure. All the water falling down from the sky makes Cranberry Pond a wet spot; of all the months in a year
 
               May is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Pine Ledge is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Cranberry Pond; if you want to hit the beach, Middle Beach is close by.
This place, Cranberry Pond, it absolutely has so much outdoors fun stuff. There's whitewater on Salmon River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Gillette Castle State Park is a great place to take a look at on a wonderful day. The Mattabesset Trail is a nice hiking trail close to Cranberry Pond, and Wolf's Den Family Campground is a nice campground nearby. Yeah, come here to Cranberry Pond for a good time. Here at Cranberry Pond you can catch a sight of Bushy Hill, and you should unquestionably have a look at stunning Quotonset Beach since you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Powder Ridge and strap some skis to your feet, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Hammonasset River. Swamps like Cedar Swamp are fun to take a look at, and dry warm beds await you at A Victorian Village Inn. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Cranberry Pond reach the 80's, and the overnight is rather chillier of course, generally in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Cranberry Pond all through the winter commonly sink into the 10's.

THe fishermen aren't nice here, especially in the Fly fishing area, we caught a lot of heck from them last year. MAde the trip no fun, I won't return.
