Corner Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Kettletown State Park is a perfect local campground, and after a long day outdoors SpringHill Suites Danbury is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. At Corner Pond throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's, and the night is slightly       cooler of course, ordinarily in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and overnight lows at Corner Pond during the winter generally dip into the 10's. Corner Pond gets a common amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls through May, and February on the other hand is the driest. So much exciting stuff in the vicinity of Corner Pond, absolutely incredible. Squantz Pond State Park is a splendid place, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Boggs Pond; what would winter be without some skiing at Thunder Ridge. Get yourself into a kayak and hit East Aspetuck River. Lakes are pleasant; Ball Pond is a lake that's in the vicinity of Corner Pond.
