Stoddard Hill State Park is both great and delightful, and it's in the neighborhood of Cooks Pond, and why not explore a swamp like Cedar Swamp while you're here at Cooks Pond. Through the summertime months at Cooks Pond highs are generally in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Cooks Pond. Cooks Pond

a golfer then a magnificent close by course is River Ridge Golf Course, and dry warm beds await you at Bellissimo Grande Hotel Suites. If you come at the right time of year, Natchaug River offers some fine whitewater, and Cooks Pond
is a perfect lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You don’t have to go far from Cooks Pond to spot the water at Lake of Isles Dam, and Ayer Hill is clearly visible from Cooks Pond. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Quinebaug
River, and getting to Indiantown Brook from Cooks Pond is uncomplicated. Americinn - Griswold, Ct is a fine spot to get some rest, and lakes are such serene locations, why not stop at Avery Pond. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin'
a great time here at Cooks Pond. Stay the night at Strawberry Park Resort Campground, and at Cooks Pond you always meet someone from Norwich-New London.
