There are other sites here than Comstock Pond, for example Lord Pond, and a great spot to camp here at Comstock Pond is Devil's Hopyard State Park. Selden Neck State Park is worth taking a look at if you're at Comstock Pond, and a good location for whitewater paddling is Hammonasset River. This lake is so wonderful. The vista of gorgeous Bushy Hill near Comstock Pond is great, and if you want to hit the beach, Middle Beach is in close proximity. If you need

| | a place to stay Super 8 Old Saybrook is a wonderful choice; Mine Swamp is an interesting swamp near Comstock Pond. Comstock Pond is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Wolf's Den Family Campground is a delightful local campground; after a long day outdoors Waters Edge Resort and Spa is a nice site to spend a night or two. nearby. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mattabesset Trail, and next to Comstock Pond you come across a golf course called Hillside Links Golf Course. So much cool stuff to do here at Comstock Pond, too nice to be true.
Bushy Hill Pond is a great lake near Comstock Pond, and a spree to Quotonset Beach is always a good idea. Comstock Pond is a wet place that gets a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest of the months
is February. Summertime highs at Comstock Pond commonly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows through the winter for Comstock Pond tend to be in the 10's. Yeah, come here to Comstock Pond for a good time. Take a hike on the Washington Trail.
