time at Colebrook River Lake is trouble-free. Go for a hike on the Richard Trail, and lots of folks from Torrington come here. Hit the slopes at Otis Ridge in the vicinity, and the scenery at Colebrook River Dam is scenic. Don't
leave Colebrook River Lake without first going for a hike along the Link Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Colebrook River Lake a wet location; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest
month is January. Why not camp at White Pines Campground if you're here at Colebrook River Lake, and after a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a good place to spend a night or two.
