     Take a hike on the Regicides Trail; after a long day outdoors Marriott ExecuStay at New Haven is a splendid spot to spend a night or two. All the water falling down from the sky makes Clarks Pond a wet site; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Farmington River - Collinsville, and if you're here you will meet lots  
   of people from nearby New Haven-Milford.
National Computer Camps is a delightful campground nearby, and you can make out Mount Carmel from Clarks Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Mount Southington is a good local ski area, and hiking along the Naugatuck Trail is perfect fun. You definitely ought to like Clarks Pond. Stay the night at Gentile's Camp Ground; why not take a refreshing hike along the Quinnipiac Trail.

               you could have a look at, and the slopes of Powder Ridge are so inviting noone can resist. Throughout the summer months highs here at Clarks Pond reach the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Clarks Pond plunge into the 10's. A visit to Clarks Pond wouldn’t be complete without a visit to close by Sleeping Giant State Park, and you can take a little spree to Butterworth Dam while you're here at Clarks Pond.
Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are really plentiful here at Clarks Pond. Do have a look at Clarks Pond in the vicinity of Clarks Pond, it's a beautiful lake; Days Inn Hamden is a splendid site to get some rest. Butterworth Brook flows through this neighborhood, and next to Clarks Pond you hit upon a golf course called Sleeping Giant Golf Course.
