A great close by hotel is Econo Lodge Conference Center, and on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Naugatuck Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is wonderful at Powder Ridge. Going for a hike along the Regicides Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; if you want to have a look at some out of the ordinary stuff, have a look at Pine Rock. This lake is so wonderful. A spree to       Center Pond wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by West Rock Ridge State Park, and there are other places here than Center Pond, for example Iris Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Don't miss out on a good swamp; Beaver Pond Meadows is right here at Center Pond, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Quinnipiac Trail. Not far from Center Pond, you'll hit upon Lily Pond which is a beautiful lake, and the best way to spend a                  winter day is on the slopes of close by Mount Southington. A golf course near Center Pond is Orange Hills Country Club, and an attention-grabbing thing to stop at in the neighborhood of Center Pond is Maltby Lakes North Dam. During your stay at Center Pond do visit nearby Sea Bluff Beach; you'll perhaps meet some folks from New Haven-Milford here. Center Pond mostly gets a large amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during May while February is mostly the driest month. Through the summertime highs here at Center Pond get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; nighttime lows throughout the winter for Center Pond tend to be in the 10's. Belden Brook is a pleasant local stream; camping at Gentile's Camp Ground is always a good experience. Be careful coming to Center Pond, you might not ever want to return back home again. From Center Pond you obtain a wonderful view of Allington Hill, and time spent at Prospect Beach is always glorious. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Center Pond.
