Buck Pond is a nice lake to visit. A forest in close proximity to Buck Pond is Natchaug State Forest, and a perfect close by hotel is Nathan Hale Inn And Conference Center. Why not take a look at close by Basset Brook since you're here at Buck Pond; the peak of Grass Hill can be spotted from Buck Pond. Summer at Buck Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally

| | in the 30's with temperatures at Buck Pond dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Why not camp at Brialee Campground if you're here at Buck Pond. Lakes are magnificent; Stowell Pond is a lake that's close to Buck Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Very great water scenery is available at Goss Brook Dam next to Buck Pond, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Natchaug River. at Buck Pond. If you need a site to stay Rodeway Inn Willington is a good choice, and not far from Buck Pond you'll come across Boy Scout Pond which is a scenic lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going to Bigelow Hollow State Park
close to Buck Pond is a good thing to do; there are plenty of people from Willimantic here. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Quaboag River. Moosemeadow Camping Resort is a delightful local
campground, and a good location is Boston Hollow. Buck Pond gets a large amount of water; November is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
