Breakneck Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Woodstock Town Beach is close to Breakneck Pond and is a wonderful beach to pop by, and a lake close by is Mashapaug Pond. At Breakneck Pond through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's while night lows are typically in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Breakneck Pond dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. This lake

| | is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Natchaug River, and at Breakneck Pond you can catch a glimpse of Cat Rocks. The high level of rain makes Breakneck Pond a quite wet site; the wettest month of the year is usually November, that's the one that rains the most; February meanwhile is the driest month. Campground is a good site for that, and Breakneck Pond is not the only spot nearby, Mashapaug Pond is a nearby lake. There's whitewater on Quaboag River for all you adrenaline junkies; Travelodge Sturbridge is a good place to get
some rest. So much amusing stuff to do here at Breakneck Pond, too glorious to be true. If you're here at Breakneck Pond and you like golf, you can have a look at Hemlock Ridge Golf Course, and dry warm beds await you at Sturbridge
Days Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Breakneck Pond is right next door to Mashapaug Pond Spillway Dam which is a delightful site absolutely worth stopping at, and if you're visiting from Willimantic, you won't be the only one. Some
nearby water includes Leadmine Brook, and if you came to camp Manna Campground is a glorious spot to do that. Yeah, come here to Breakneck Pond for a delightful time. Hit the slopes at Pine Ridge close by. Bigelow Hollow State
Park is a delightful spot to stretch your legs a bit, and if you have time, Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is a national park worth checking out.
