It's always fun to stop by Bradley Hubbard Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Hunter Memorial Golf Course is in the vicinity; lots of people from Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford come here. Go for a hike on the Mattabesset Trail, and you don’t have to go far from Bradley Hubbard Reservoir to observe the water at Bradley Hubbard Reservoir Dam. There are some great whitewater spots on Roaring Brook

| | River, and since you're here why not check out Preston Notch. If you came for an overnight stay Little City Campground is a perfect place to camp, obviously you could also stop at Wilcox Pond while you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a great little journey to North Branch Harbor Brook.
