Black Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford come to Black Pond. Lakes are great; High Hill Pond is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Black Pond, and in close proximity to Black Pond you come across a golf course called Hunter Memorial Golf Course. Black Pond is a wet place that gets lots of rainfall; most of the rain falls through May, and the driest month of the year is February.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Black Pond; Washington Trail is a great local trail, and you can never get enough of the great skiing at Mount Southington. Any time is a wonderful time at Black Pond if you love the outdoors. Take a side journey to North Branch Harbor Brook, and Wadsworth Falls State Park is a pleasant location. Park Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Hammonasset River, and Little City Campground is a great local campground. This place rocks, just explore all the amusing things to do in the neighborhood
of Black Pond. This is a magnificent area for folks who like lakes. Black Pond is a lake in the vicinity, and here at Black Pond you can make out Beseck Mountain. Good hiking is available along the Mattabesset Trail, and Four Points
By Sheraton Meriden is a pleasant site to get some rest. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mattabesset Trail; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Powder Ridge since you're here. Summer brings highs in
the 80's to Black Pond. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Black Pond are in the 10's. Get soaked paddling on Roaring
Brook River, and you might also want to pay a visit to Preston Notch while you're here at Black Pond. Why not camp at Camp Eagle Feather while you're here at Black Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Candlewood Suites Hartford/Meriden, Ct.
