This lake is so wonderful. Salmon River is a good whitewater spot next to Bibbens Pond, and the view of pretty Babcock Hill is wonderful. The high level of rainfall makes Bibbens Pond a quite wet site; the month with most of the rain is November; February is the month with the least       moisture. Summertime highs at Bibbens Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are commonly in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Bibbens Pond. If you need a location to stay Best Western Regent Inn is a splendid choice; unsurprisingly, everyone loves Mansfield Hollow State Park. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun things the area in the vicinity of Bibbens                  Pond has to offer. Odetah is a great campground nearby, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Pigeon Swamp is right close by. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Cold Brook, and a great nearby hotel is Comfort Suites Norwich. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Narragansett Trail. If you came for an overnight stay Odetah Campground is a magnificent spot to camp. Lakes are great; Big Pond is a lake that's in the vicinity of Bibbens Pond.
