Baker Pond is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is one of the destinations close to Baker Pond that are great to go to, and if you need a place to stay Friendship Valley Inn is a tremendous choice. Summertime highs at Baker Pond typically tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's; nighttime lows at Baker Pond all through the wintertime commonly dip into the 10's. State Park is a brilliant place to go. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Munyan Trail, and Baker Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Wolf Den Campground is a wonderful local campground. Baker Pond
is a rather wet place commonly with a large amount of precipitation; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. What a place this is for outdoors people. A round of golf
at nearby Harrisville Golf Course is a good way to kill some time, and at Baker Pond you always meet someone from Willimantic. A magnificent nearby hotel is Inn At Woodstock Hill, and a good site to camp here at Baker Pond is Mashamoquet Brook State Park.
