Number Two Pond is a lake around here, and don't forget to take a pleasant little spree to Molley Brook. Babcock Pond Dam is a scenic site in the neighborhood of Babcock Pond, and swamps can be such attention-grabbing places, stop by Babcock Swamp if you're here at Babcock Pond. A lot of rainfall falls at Babcock Pond; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.       This lake is so wonderful. A great site to camp here at Babcock Pond is Devil's Hopyard State Park; Executive Inn and Suites Old Saybrook is a pleasant site to get some rest. Yeah, come here to Babcock Pond for a perfect time. A brilliant location for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Babcock Pond is Salmon River, and camping is available at Markham Meadows Campgrounds. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close                  by Pine Meadows Park Pond; locations like Devils Hopyard State Park are nice to have a look at. For you golfers we recommend close by Chanticlair Public Golf Course, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Old Saybrook is a perfect choice. This lake is so wonderful. Roaring Brook River is a good whitewater spot close to Babcock Pond. At Babcock Pond during the summer highs are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's.
