    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Connecticut you can check out Arnold Pond. Don't forget to take a wonderful little trip to Mountain Brook, and after a long day outdoors Dutch Iris Inn, The is a brilliant location to spend a night or two. Any time is a splendid time at Arnold Pond if you like the outdoors. If the weather is brilliant here at Arnold Pond, you can go for a hike along the Richard Trail, and Arnold Pond is fine enough to spend more than  
   a day at, Golden Acres Campground is a fine local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Ski Sundown, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Little River.
Here at Arnold Pond you can make out Huckleberry Mountain; if you want to hit the beach, Babbs Beach is in the vicinity. Why not go to Congamond Lakes Middle Dike while you're here; wonderful skiing awaits you at Blandford. A large amount of precipitation
 
               falls at Arnold Pond; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Limon Pond is next to Arnold Pond, and if you need a spot to stay Elm Motel is a good choice. A round of golf at nearby Edgewood Golf Course is a good way to kill some time, and a splendid spot to camp here at Arnold Pond is Southwick Acres Campground. This is a pleasant region for folks who like lakes. South Pond is a lake close by, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the County Road Trail.
This place is unbeatable, just explore all the exciting things to do near Arnold Pond. Going for a hike along the Link Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Robinson State Park is a splendid site to go. Don't forget to pop by Conn Cove while you're here at Arnold Pond; Beaverdam Marsh is an attention-grabbing swamp near Arnold Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. If you're popping by Arnold Pond from Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford, you won't be the only one, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Farmington River. All through the warmest time of the year at Arnold Pond temperatures are frequently in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Arnold Pond.
