    If you are in Eagle county it's always a good idea to stop by Wilmor Lake. The Sawatch Range scenery is always beautiful. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Cache Creek Access Trail; Wilmor Lake is not far at all from Edwards. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Wilmor Lake you can take a hike along the Lake Creek Trail, and a tremendous nearby hotel is The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera.
High temperatures at Wilmor Lake all through the warm
 
   months are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. All through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's while Wilmor Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 0's. Yeah, come up here to the Sawatch Range for a brilliant time. A wonderful place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Wilmor Lake is Eagle River; the skiing at Beaver Creek is great. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up.  
               Inn And Suites At Riverwalk is a magnificent place to get some rest.
Everybody nearby loves skiing at Vail. Lakes are wonderful; Spring Creek Number One Reservoir is a lake that's near Wilmor Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Some of the water close by flows, like Lake Creek, and Fulford Cave Campground is a good local campground. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the Sawatch Range will keep you coming back time and again. This is a tremendous vicinity for people who like lakes. Spring Creek Number Two Reservoir is a lake close by, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eagle River.
Not much rain falls here at Wilmor Lake; July is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Why not camp at Yeoman Park Campground while you're here at Wilmor Lake, and do take a hike on the Red Canyon Stock Driveway. You clearly ought to like Wilmor Lake. A trip to Bear Gulch is always fun; Red Sky Golf Club is a golf course nearby.

LEDE Reservoir

Beautiful drive up to Lede Reservoir.  We started in Eagle and took Sylvan Lake road all the way past the lake and then took a right at the first intersection.  After climbing up and around the peak in front of us we were upon some huge rolling meadows that were among the forrests.  A slight drop down into the valley on the west side of the mountains and a left turn lead us to the reservoir.  It is a great spot with some fishing paths around the water and a number of campsites as well.  We continued west to Gypsum Creek Road and a short drive back to the town of Gypsum....
